• This form is for all performance artists who wish to share their art with us. The application will close September 24th at 11:59 pm. Performers will be announced publicly shortly there after. DeCOmp's event date is October 15th from 1:45 pm to 1:45 am Fire Performance Artists: Fire performers will be in a designated area, outside only, to perform during CBE. All props are welcome as long as they are in good and safe working order. As a performer, you will be asked to help safety throughout the evening to share this important responsibility with other fire performance artists. We will have fuel and all safety equipment necessary in your performance space. Non-Fire Performance Artists: This is NOT include DJs. DJs-please refer to the "Sound" section of the sign-up form. All other performing styles that do not include DJing or spinning fire, welcome! These kind of performers are perfect for DeCOmp and we will find indoor or outdoor space for daytime and nighttime performances. We are looking for: flow artists with LED and non-light-up props like Poi, hoop, staff, buugeng, fans, as well as juggling of any kind. We are also looking for aerialists, belly dancers, burlesque**, and roaming performers like stilt walkers, comedians, and whip crackers. If you are a magician, you are welcome to perform as well.   Performances that take place during a DJ set (no custom music) will be limited to 10-15 minutes. Performances requiring microphones or custom music will be limited to 5-10 minutes. You may perform a choreographed routine, and then perform free flow later as well.

  The Greeters are responsible for welcoming participants to the event by spreading awareness to guests on the importance of consent, safety, and of course the 10 Principles (oh yeah, and lots of hugs!).   CBE Photographers take pictures throughout the event which in turn are shared with the community via social media and the DenverBurners.org website. As with other burner events, our photogs receive consent training prior to the event. They not only ask for consent to take pictures, but look for "No Photos" wristbands on participants/artist's wrists. Please choose a Photo shift from the following drop down menu.

  As with CBE Photographers, CBE Videographers record video clips of the event, then share with the community after editing. Some will event add music to their final piece. They also, as with photographers, will ask for consent before filming and look for "No Photos" wristbands on participant/artist's wrists.   Gate Volunteers are some of the first volunteers to welcome participants, artists, performers, and other volunteers. They have various duties: help check IDs, take tickets as necessary, keep a vigilant eye on/guard the door/fence and perimeter, and help other departments as necessary. • Safety Third shifts*
  Safety Third are, at the very minimum, CPR-Certified volunteers who help any participants or volunteers needing a safety check. They remain sober during their shift so they can provide any necessary first aid. They could be nurses, fire fighters, doctors, or CPR-Certified volunteers. Our Safety Third Team are happy to help! If you are interested in volunteering for the Safety Third team, select the choice below and our team leads will contact you for certification confirmation and specific shift placement.

• LNT shifts*
  LNT (aka Leave No Trace) is very important to CBE. Our LNT Team scours inside and outside the venue searching for any MooP (aka Matter Out Of Place). The team will work before, during , and after the event to ensure no MooP is left behind. Please choose an LNT shift from the following drop down menu.
